Game 6 was make or break for the Dallas Stars. After all, the team did blown the opportunity to clinch the series against the Wild in Game 5 by abandoning their game plan in overtime. They needed to take control early in the first period, which they did with aplomb.

Neuvirth and the penalty killing said no and the Flyers escaped from the first period tied with no score.
Moments prior to the goal, the Flyers weren’t able to score on a gift of a 5-on-3 power play.
