Philadelphia Eagles second-year wide receiver Nelson Agholor is reportedly struggling with catching passes and running routes during practice this summer, according to beat writer Jeff McLane. For a receiver, both of those are essential in achieving success so there should be some concern.
Nelson Agholor struggling with Eagles, could impact his 2016 fantasy value
The Eagles’ young receiver is having trouble adjusting to a new offense this summer. We break down the fantasy implications.

Agholor was the Eagles’ first round pick in 2015 and is trying to adjust to a new head coach in Doug Pederson. The young receiver was a better fit for the offense ran by Philadelphia’s former coach, Chip Kelly.
Fantasy impact: In 2015, Agholor’s first season in the NFL was nothing to rave about. A final stat line of 23 catches for 283 yards and one touchdown seems a bit low for a player who was drafted in the first round.
With the Eagles just trading for Dorial Green-Beckham, it is clear that the team is not happy with the performance of Agholor or any of their current receivers. For a player who had a fifth-round ADP in 2015, Agholor will be lucky if he is drafted by any fantasy owners before the start of the 2016 season.
