The Kansas City Chiefs removed Jamaal Charles from the PUP list on Monday, and he was back practicing with the team again on Tuesday. The Chiefs are still bringing Charles along slowly for the second straight day, according to Chiefs.com reporter BJ Kissel.
Jamaal Charles back to practice but still limited, fantasy risk for 2016
A torn ACL cut his season short in 2015, but the Chiefs’ running back is now back on the practice field and preparing for the 2016 season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Despite his limitations, it is still a good sign for the team to see its top running back return to the practice field before the start of the regular season.
In 2015, Charles was only able to play in five games before suffering a torn ACL and missing the remainder of the season. The Kansas City running back has sustained a torn ACL in each of his knees since 2011.
Fantasy impact: Despite his injury history, fantasy owners have still been viewing Charles as one of the NFL’s top running back options for 2016 and his current ADP (second round) proves just that.
His ability to both run and catch out of the backfield is what has made Charles such a productive fantasy player in the last few years. Before his short 2015 season, he was coming off three straight seasons of rushing for over 1,000 yards.
For 2016, the question will be if the Chiefs decide to decrease his workload due to the success of their backup running backs in 2015.
