Running back Jamaal Charles was a full participant during the Kansas City Chiefs’ practice on Tuesday according to ESPN’s Adam Teicher. This is great news for the Chiefs, who should have their top running back ready to begin the regular season.
Jamaal Charles fully participates in practice Tuesday, fantasy risk getting lower
The Chiefs star running back seems to be on schedule to play in the team’s first regular season game of 2016, we explore the fantasy implications.

Charles returned to the team’s practice last week, but Tuesday was the first time he participated in full 11-on-11 team drills since returning.
Fantasy impact: For 2016, Charles’ health (torn ACL in 2015) may scare away some fantasy owners from selecting him to their team. However, he is too talented to stick around for long, which is why his current ADP still falls within the second round.
If a fantasy owner needs convincing, all he or she needs to know is that Charles had scored double-digit touchdowns in Andy Reid’s first two seasons as Kansas City’s head coach in 2013, and he was on pace to do so again in 2015 before his season was cut short.
As of right now, Reid is still scheduled to be the Chiefs coach for 2016.
