NBA scores 2017: Not another Blake Griffin knee injury!

Blake’s knee injury looked bad. And obviously, that’s not good for him or the Clippers.

Blake Griffin injured the same left knee that has been surgically repaired — and the same left knee he injured on at least four previous occasions — against the Lakers on Monday night. It wasn’t as gruesome as Gordon Hayward’s dislocated ankle, but it was tough to watch.

You can watch the video here. If you don’t want to, here’s what happened:

Griffin was upright, bent over, fighting for a loose ball underneath the rim. His legs were spread apart like an upside-down V. Austin Rivers came tumbling into Griffin’s left leg. The All-Star forward’s legs went from an upside-down V, to something like this: ,-’\

It was ugly, and it was unfortunate. Just 19 games into signing a brand new five-year, $173 million contract extension, Griffin’s season could be over. The Clippers consider it “too early to tell” how severe their star forward’s injury is, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, but nothing good can come from another blow to Griffin’s left knee.

Andre Drummond played his best game

The Pistons handed the Celtics just their fourth loss of the regular season, and their star center’s awesome night was the spark behind Detroit’s win:

Drummond finished with 26 points, 22 rebounds, six assists and four steals. Only two players in NBA history ever posted that stat line, and both of them are in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame: George McGinnis and Charles Barkley. Drummond also posted 22 rebounds in Boston’s TD Garden for the fourth time in his career. Only three players have recorded that many rebounds at TD, and only Drummond has done it more than once.

Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy said Monday night may have been the best game he’s seen Drummond play. Boston may be inclined to agree.

Gregg Popovich got ejected after cursing out a referee

You read that correctly:

It was the second time Pop’s been ejected this month.

The Grizzlies fired coach Dave Fizdale, and here’s what you need to read:

Lance Stephenson is still awesome:

Can you guess what Draymond Green is doing here?

If your answer isn’t G) calling out the opponent’s offensive sets, you’re wrong. Minus five points from your final grade.

And the Clippers really let Kentavious Caldwell-Pope do this to them:

What else happened?
