Oregon State vs. Arizona game time, TV schedule, spread and more

The Arizona Wildcats and Oregon St. Beavers meet for a Pac-12 showdown on Saturday night in Tucson.Check the national college football scoreboard right here, and look through SB Nation’s many excellent college football blogs to find your team’s community.Follow @SBNationCFB

The most intriguing matchup in the Pac-12 comes out of Tucson. While nobody expected the Arizona Wildcats or Oregon St. Beavers to be this competitive early in the season, the two teams have done just that. UA is 3-1 with their only loss coming on the road to Oregon, while OSU is 2-0 and ranked No. 18 in the nation.

For head coach Rich Rodriguez and the Wildcats, their offense will look to get back on track against a stout Oregon State defense. Arizona entered last weekend as one of the better offensive teams in the nation, but they were held to zero points despite six trips to the red zone. Quarterback Matt Scott can be a force when healthy, but a hip issue limited him in his last game.

The Beavers rank 12th in the nation in passing yards. Quarterback Sean Mannion has been great this season, completing nearly 65% of his passes while throwing for 655 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Oregon State allowed an average of 13.5 points in their wins over UCLA and Wisconsin, which is good for 18th-best in the country.

Game time, TV channel: 10 p.m. ET, Pac-12 Network

Point spread: Arizona opened as three-point favorites. The line has since dropped to 2 1/2 points.
