Chip Kelly returns: Oregon players react on Twitter

The Ducks will have head coach Chip Kelly for at least one more year, and players on the team recently took to Twitter to discuss that news.

Oregon Ducks head coach Chip Kelly decided not to take an NFL head coaching job, ensuring that he'll be in Eugene for at least one more season. Once some players on the team began hearing the news, reactions started to appear on Twitter. Current and former players expressed excitement over the fact that Kelly will remain the Ducks' head coach.

Last week, Kelly’s departure seemed close to being done, as reports indicated that he was nearing a deal with the Cleveland Browns. He had also gotten interest from the Philadelphia Eagles before ultimately deciding the time was not right for a move to the NFL. Kelly also turned down the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last offseason. He likely will receive more interest from pro franchises following the 2013 season.
