Washington tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins will remain suspended until his DUI case comes to a conclusion, according to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times. Seferian-Jenkins was charged with a misdemeanor DUI on Tuesday, and the university said that he will remain suspended for the duration of his case.

The maximum penalty for Seferian-Jenkins is up to 364 days in jail and a $5,000 penalty. But he could get a lot less, as well.

Seferian-Jenkins was arrested on March 9, and was found with a blood-alcohol content of .18.
The junior broke out in 2012, posting one of the most productive seasons in the country amongst tight ends, pulling in 69 receptions for 852 yards and seven touchdowns.
