The No. 13 LSU Tigers upset the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs 36-16 on Saturday afternoon, a pretty huge upset in Baton Rouge for Ed Orgeron’s team. After the win, LSU fans rushed the field to celebrate upsetting the Dawgs, and apparently this was the first time in a while that they’ve done this:

LSU fans were pretty fired up throughout this one. After a Nick Brossette touchdown to put the game more than officially away with four minutes left, they started chanting “We Want Bama.” HELL. YEAH.

Friendly reminder: LSU takes on No. 1 Alabama at home on Nov. 3. And naturally towards the end of this game, the fans started chanting their profane addition toNeck,” the previously banned school favorite.

If you don’t know, “Neck” is a song, played by some school bands, that has caused some controversy in the past at LSU. Here’s a brief history:

That’s “Neck,” the Cameo and Dem Franchize Boyz song “Talkin’ Out Da Side of Ya Neck.” On its own it’s a fine tune. You’ve probably heard a different band’s rendition at some point. But LSU fans have added some interesting vocals to their band’s rendition. You don’t have to even listen closely to hear it.

This has landed the band in trouble in recent years. In 2010 the song was banned, but brought back in 2013 and used sparingly for that reason. LSU passed out literature a couple of years ago to help curb the chant.

Uh, yeah, I’d say the crowd for that upcoming Alabama game is gonna be LIT, folks. Enjoy this one, LSU fans.
