Top 75 fantasy football PPR RBs for Week 4

We’re already to Week 4 of the fantasy football season. Doesn’t sound true, but it is true! Last week gave us a huge game from rushing leader Jonathan Taylor, who hit 118 total yards and three touchdowns as the Colts continue their winning ways. The next two fantasy backs were both Lions, as David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs went scorched earth on the Ravens. And fourth and fifth in PPR scoring went to the rookies Omarion Hampton and Cam Skattebo. Always good to get some new blood in there, while both rookies’ backups went down with injuries.

Conner suffered a season-ending ankle injury in Week 3 against the 49ers. He will be replaced by Trey Benson, while Emari Demercado takes over third down work. This is of course a bump for Benson and makes him a must pickup if he’s available on waivers.

Harris went down with an Achilles injury last week and is done for the season. This injury secures rookie Omarion Hampton’s lead back role, while Hassan Haskins works in as a passing down back. Hampton also had a breakout, finishing as RB4 in PPR leagues after securing six receptions, 129 total yards and a touchdown on 25 overall touches. He’ll be a must start in fantasy moving forward.

Tracy suffered a shoulder injury in Week 3 that will keep hi out 2-4 weeks. This is good news for those rostering Cam Skattebo, who had a strong game in Week 3, as he secured another touchdown while rushing 60 yards on ten carries, adding six receptions on eight targets for 61 yards.

Charbonnet wasn’t able to play last week with a foot injury, but was listed as a full participant for Seattle’s non-practice practice. It seems like the team felt pretty confident they wouldn’t need Charbonnet against the Saints, and they were correct, as it was a huge blowout. Now it appears Charbonnet will be a full go on a short week against the Cardinals on TNF.

Benson is the lead back now with James Conner done for the season, and he quickly becomes a must start, even in tougher matchups like this one. At just 53% rostered on Yahoo, he should be available for some of you out there.

Marks gained some traction last week, as he had eight looks against the Jaguars, while Nick Chubb had 12. I believe we will continue to see Marks eat into Chubb’s workload and this matchup is a great one, as the Titans have allowed the fourth most rushing yards and rushing yards per carry this season.
