The Chicago Bears and Caleb Williams had their best game in a long time and their first win of the season last week against the Cowboys. A big spark in that game was rookie wide receiver Luther Burden, who caught 3-of-3 targets for 101 yards and a touchdown. His receptions, targets, yardage and touchdown were all highs for his three game career.
Luther Burden start or sit: Week 4 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of XX ahead of Week X

The question going forward for Burden is whether or not this big game will help him see more playing time. o far his playing time has been scant, and even in this huge game, he played just 17 snaps and ran nine routes, per PFF. At this point he is a situational deep threat who has gotten two rushing attempts. The team wants the ball in his hands, but they are still playing Olamide Zaccheaus ahead of him.
Below, we’ll go over Luther Burden’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 4.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bears, WR, Luther Burden
The Raiders have had trouble against wide receivers so far this season, as they’ve allowed the fifth-most fantasy points and receptions, while allowing the third-most receiving yards. They’re also bottom 10 against the pass in EPA and DVOA. We’ve seen Kayshon Boutte, Stefon Diggs, Quentin Johnston, Keenan Allen, Ladd McConkey, Luke McCaffrey, and Terry McLaurin either top five receptions or 56 receiving yards or both in just three games.
This matchup is great, and if I knew Burden would see a bump in snaps this week, I’d be all in, but I find it extremely difficult to start a receiver who had just nine routes run last week.
