The Cleveland Browns host the Miami Dolphins in a game featuring two 1-5 teams and lots of wind and rain. As usual, it’s impossible to make strong predictions based on weather, but we’ve seen the over/under on this matchup go from 40.5 to 35.5. Vegas believes the weather will impact things, but points are still projected to be scored!
Harold Fannin start or sit: Week 7 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Harold Fannin ahead of Week 7

With rain and wind in the forecast, we can expect plenty of rushing and short passing, which both teams can manage, but both defenses will key on. The good news for the Browns offense is that the Dolphins defense is all kinds of bad. They rank dead last in DVOA against the pass and third-worst against tight ends. Which is what we’ll look at here, as Harold Fannin is set up well with his running mate David Njoku out.
Below, we’ll go over Jerry Jeudy’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 7.
Fantasy Football analysis: Browns, TE, Harold Fannin
First off, if it wasn’t for the weather, Fannin would be a smash start without a second thought. No Njoku and the Dolphins awful defense make for plenty of targets and opportunities after the catch. But, right now it looks like rain, 25 mph winds and gusts up to 40 mph. That’s not really good for anyone, even running backs who should get plenty of work in that environment.
But, in the end, I still expect Fannin to get plenty of short targets throughout the game. He’ll likely be more valuable in PPR leagues, but a short touchdown is very much a possibility, especially if the run game is working for Quinshon Judkins.
