It's been a while since Washington Redskins QB Donovan McNabb led his team in rushing, but that's the case so far today. McNabb's 45 yards on the ground supplement an otherwise meh performance against the Lions, as McNabb has only thrown for 165 yards and a touchdown on 24 attempts. This is already his best rushing game since late 2007; if he adds nine more yards, you can spin that dial back another calendar year.

Redskins RB Ryan Torain has been a running game non-factor, producing a 1.1 yard average on 10 attempts, though he caught McNabb's sole touchdown pass. WR Anthony Armstrong and TE Chris Cooley lead all Skins receivers, with 57 and 48 yards respectively.
McNabb only has two 300-yard games this year, but has thrown one touchdown in seven straight games. That’s not “at least one touchdown,” either. He’s thrown exactly one touchdown per week. If any team is capable of giving up a second touchdown pass, it’s got to be the Lions, right?
