Earlier in the week, we gave you the Top 10 fantasy football player rankings for Week 11 at each of the six main positions. Now that we’ve moved closer to the weekend, the number of experts giving opinions has grown, so we wanted to revisit the rankings and see what has changed.
Fantasy Football Week 11 Revised Player Rankings
QB -Drew Brees is rocketing up the charts, moving up from number seven to number three. In the other direction, Matt Ryan has dropped from number eight to out of the Top 10 (#11). And Mark Sanchez, based on playing the Texans secondary, has move into the number ten spot.
RB -The running back rankings have been remarkably steady during the week. Frank Gore is still the big gun, followed by Adrian Peterson and one of this year's breakout stars, Peyton Hillis.
WR - Former 'number one every week guy', Andre Johnson, isn't having a typical year. This week, he didn't even make the Top 10 earlier in the week, but has managed to squeeze in now at number nine. Another former chart-topper, Larry Fitzgerald, was bumped down to number eleven.
TE - Jason Witten has taken a tumble, he was hanging on to the number four spot, but has dropped down to number seven. And the experts are getting more sure about Antonio Gates' health, he moved up two spots to number five.
K - At kicker, as usual, Rob Bironas rules the roost. And even after Nick Folk's unsteady game last week, he's still able to grab the number eight spot.
D/ST -The defense and special teams hold steady this week, with big guns Baltimore and Pittsburgh grabbing the top spots.
