Truly, there aren't a lot of great fantasy options in this game, and the ones that are starter-worthy mainly reside on the 49ers side of the ball. Of course, Frank Gore is a guy who plays every week on fantasy rosters, along with his teammate at tight end, Vernon Davis. Those two guys are among the elite at their positions in the fantasy football world, as well as the real NFL world. The quarterback situation in this game is not one you want to be messing with on your roster, if you have one of these two guys starting, you're in desperation mode. There is Larry Fitzgerald on the Cardinals side, but he's been hampered by inconsistency at quarterback.

Troy Smith has started three games so far, with one spectacular game, and two low-end fantasy producers. It’s unlikely you’re relying on him. Derek Anderson has four straight games with just one touchdown, so he’s also on the low-end.
RB Rank: Frank Gore #3, Beanie Wells #35
Frank Gore is coming off a poor game against Tampa Bay, but is generally a steady-producer. Beanie Wells has been hampered by injuries his whole career, this season included. He splits time with Tim Hightower and predicting how the fantasy points will shake out among those two is a tough task.
WR Rank: Michael Crabtree #25, Larry Fitzgerald #11
Larry Fitzgerald started the season very slowly, with trouble at quarterback holding him back. Lately, with Derek Anderson under center, Fitzgerald's production has picked up, but he's sharing targets with Steve Breaston. The San Francisco wide receivers are a very risky play, but Crabtree is your best bet.
