Fantasy Football Week 9 Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em: Patrick Crayton Could Come Up Big
Week 9 of fantasy football is almost ready to be played, and we have your Friday Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Top 10 consensus rankings.
We still don't know if Antonio Gates will go this Sunday for the Chargers, but against a terrible Houston secondary, someone will have to catch passes from Philip Rivers. Perhaps that guy will be Patrick Crayton. In the last three weeks Crayton has been seeing a lot more passes from Rivers, and this would be a good week for him to have a huge game, including a touchdown.
We've been talking a lot about tight Jacob Tamme for the Colts, advising fantasy players to pick him up if they need tight end help. The experts agree and have Tamme ranked fourth in the not-so-obvious start category this week.
Nobody likes their fantasy players to go against the Pittsburgh defense, so the pundits have put Carson Palmer and Cedric Benson on the "do not start" list. After last week's blanking by the Packers, Mark Sanchez and Santonio Holmes of the Jets have found themselves placed firmly on the virtual bench.
