Earlier in the week, we gave you the Top 10 fantasy football player rankings for Week 9 at each of the six main positions. Now that we’ve moved closer to the weekend, the number of experts giving opinions has grown, so we wanted to revisit the rankings and see what has changed.
Fantasy Football Week 9 Revised Player Rankings
QB - The names are the same on the quarterbacks list, only the rankings have moved slightly. Aaron Rodgers has moved ahead of Peyton Manning for the number two spot and Joe Flacco leaped over Matt Schaub for the number nine spot.
RB - Coming off a big week, Jamaal Charles is climbing the charts and now clocks in as the number six running back, up from eight. The top pick is still Adrian Peterson, but Arian Foster has moved ahead of Darren McFadden for the number three spot.
WR - Just like Aaron Rodgers moved up in the quarterback rankings, his teammate Greg Jennings jumps up to the number five spot; the Dallas secondary has been Swiss cheese recently. Andre Johnson takes the biggest plunge, dropping all the way from six to ten.
TE - Colts' newcomer Jacob Tamme is losing the confidence of the pundits as the week moves on, he drops from number six to nine. On the other track, Brent Celek has shot up from number ten to number six.
K - Stephen Gostkowski has jumped into the top spot, knocking the top-ranker from earlier this week, Sebastian Janikowski, down to number three.
