If you’re reading this post, your fantasy football team is probably in a championship game. Congratulations! And, if you’re reading this post, your fantasy team hopefully doesn’t need much last-minute tweaking as you pursue a title. If it does, these are four players that you’ll want to pay attention to.

Redskins QB Rex Grossman. Mike Shanahan clearly knows what he's doing, as Grossman - even while turning the ball over - put up 322 yards and four touchdowns in a loss to Dallas. With a Week 16 matchup against Jacksonville looming, Grossman is in line to have his second straight solid outing, even if you shouldn't expect Michael Vick numbers once again. Who'd have thought Rex would be a quality play in a championship game?

Colts RB Donald Brown. Indy's running game has been an unsolvable puzzle all season, but after breaking out for 129 yards and a touchdown in a key win over Jacksonville, Brown has a shot at feature-back carries this week against Oakland. Indy's rushing attack still plays second fiddle to Peyton Manning, clearly, but Brown has a hot hand, and Manning will open a few things up for him.

Bengals WR Andre Caldwell. The Bengals have passed the ball well all year, even with Carson Palmer struggling by real football standards. With Terrell Owens officially out for the year and Chad Ochocinco giving way to younger receivers, Caldwell - who had four catches for 89 yards in Cincinnati's win over Cleveland - is the best add. Cincinnati is certain to be passing this week against San Diego, so Caldwell could be in line for a big day yardage-wise.

Saints TE Jimmy Graham. At some point, we knew a Saints tight end would emerge as opposing defenses struggled to handle all of New Orleans' various offensive weapons. Graham did just that in Baltimore, hauling in two excellent touchdown passes in the Saints' loss to Baltimore. As good as Atlanta is, their pass defense is not great, and Graham - despite his strong performance over the last several weeks - will probably get lost in the shuffle again. Don't be surprised if he sneaks another score through in the NFC South's game of the year.
