Week 17 is a tricky time for fantasy football owners, which is why most fantasy leagues wrap up their playoff brackets in Week 16. If you’re in a fantasy league that’s still playing as the NFL regular season comes to its conclusion, then these four players are likely to give you one-week boosts as you pursue a championship (or a little late-season consolation).

Lions quarterback Shaun Hill. Hill was re-inserted into Detroit's starting lineup despite strong play from Drew Stanton while Hill was injured, and he responded with 222 yards and two touchdowns in a road win over Miami. Hill has been a consistent producer when healthy this season, and that trend should continue as the Lions look to avoid the NFC North cellar in a Week 17 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.

Colts running back Dominic Rhodes. Indy's offensive backfield has been a crapshoot all season. Just one week after Donald Brown had his "break-out performance" in a key win over Jacksonville, he was riding the pine as veteran Dominic Rhodes rushed 17 times for 98 yards in another key win, this time over Oakland. With Indy looking to wrap up a playoff berth and a division title in Week 17, look for them to stick with the known commodity at running back, putting Rhodes in line for another solid day.

Texans wide receiver Jacoby Jones. With Andre Johnson out of the lineup in Week 16 as he dealt with an ankle injury, Jones became Houston's most explosive receiver, grabbing five passes for 115 yards in a loss to Denver. It's unclear whether or not Johnson will be able to return for Houston's season finale, but you can expect an offensive showcase as Gary Kubiak makes a last-ditch effort to save his job. It helps that the game is against Jacksonville's slumping defense.

Titans tight end Jared Cook. The highly talented second-year pro is coming off of his best performance in the NFL, having caught five passes for 96 yards and a touchdown in Tennessee's blowout loss to Kansas City. The Titans get a Colts team in Week 17 that has allowed at least 24 points in each of its last six games, so expect Kerry Collins and Tennessee's passing offense to put up solid numbers again - with Cook getting plenty of targets.
