Thursday Night Football is a wrap as the Pittsburgh Steelers held off the Cleveland Browns with a fairly hideous looking 14-3 win. The big news from that game is on the injury front as Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger suffered what Mike Tomlin characterized as a high ankle sprain. Roethlisberger suffered the injury in the first half but somehow managed to finish the game. He was clearly bothered by the injury and now we get to wait and see if he will be able to play next week against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football.
Week 14 NFL Injury Report, Thursday: Adrian Peterson Returns To Practice

The rest of the NFL submitted their Week 14 NFL injury reports and the biggest change from Wednesday is Vikings RB Adrian Peterson moving from a DNP to a limited participant in practice. He is still not a sure thing for Sunday, but this is a big step forward. Peterson has moved from likely inactive to a game-time decision.
Kevin Smith remains sidelined with his ankle injury and he is looking unlikely to play on Sunday. Maurice Morris would get the start if Smith remains sidelined. The coaching staff might declare Smith a game-time decision, but if he does not get a Friday practice session in, I would be pretty shocked if he plays on Sunday.
