Fantasy Football Week 3 Kicker Projections: Bryant, Rackers Top The List
A few weeks into the fantasy football season, and we’re starting to get real numbers to use for projections. See who should perform in Week 3.
With that in mind, our partner, numberFire.com, fired up their super computer and used mathematical wizardry to create fantasy projections for Week 3. Some players listed are under injury watch, you can keep up with the status of injuries and general fantasy news here and here.
A couple of familiar names top the list of kickers for Week 3. Matt Bryant of the Falcons and Neil Rackers of the Texans. A new guy, rookie Dan Bailey in Dallas, is doing nice work except for missing a chip-shot last week, and comes in as the fourth-ranked kicker.
Some names usually near the top like Sebastian Janikowski and Stephen Gostkowski are farther down on the list this week. Janikowski is 14th, while Gostkowski is 10th.
