Philip Rivers went 18-for-23 passing for 209 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Sunday's game between the San Diego Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs. He found Jackie Battle and Eddie Royal for both of his four-yard touchdown passes. Rivers now has six touchdowns to four interceptions on the season.
Philip Rivers efficient, but unspectacular fantasy-wise vs. Chiefs
Philip Rivers passed for 209 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Sunday’s game between the San Diego Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Rivers numbers were nice, but they likely didn't win many fantasy matchups for owners this week. He has yet to top 300 yards passing in any game this season, and within a run-first offense the Chargers hope he never has to. Rivers is a great fantasy starter when given the chance to air out the ball. He may need to throw to keep up with the New Orleans Saints next week.
