The report, which cites a person familiar with the situation, says Griffin has been cleared to participate barring any setbacks from the concussion. The rookie quarterback would not be subjected to contact in practice should he participate, according to the report. Griffin's status for Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings has not been determined.
