New York Giants tight end Martellus Bennett was held out of practice on Wednesday. Bennett suffered a hyperextended knee in last weekend's victory over the Cleveland Browns. Bennett was injured in the first quarter but continued to play, finishing with 30 yards on three catches. The Giants face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 6.
Martellus Bennett held out of practice, Week 6 fantasy value on hold
New York Giants tight end Martellus Bennett did not practice on Wednesday because of a knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Bennett has been one of the better fantasy values at tight end this season, so Sunday’s injury and low output was a bit of a disappointment for fantasy owners against Cleveland’s defense. The fact that he was able to stay in the game was encouraging but he is by no means a sure thing for this weekend. Bennett, even if active, is not a great fantasy play against San Francisco’s tough defense.
