Mark Sanchez and Brandon Weeden can never rest on their laurels or hope that they're going to make the Pro Bowl this season, but they can rest a little easier knowing that they won't see Robert Mathis. The Colts defensive end is going to miss at least two games with a sprained left knee. Mathis has been on an absolute tear this season with five sacks in four games, with at least one sack each week. The 31-year-old in his tenth season has 88.5 sacks in his career. Pretty good for a guy drafted in the fifth round.
Robert Mathis injury update: Colts DE is out 2-3 weeks
The Colts defensive end leads the team with 5 sacks but will miss a few games. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Take: Obviously this is a blow to IDP owners that had Mathis and were racking up a few points each week from a position that is incredibly difficult to get points out of usually. It’s also better news for anyone that owned Sanchez or Weeden, and they could really use some good news.
