Willis McGahee can’t find end zone, but piles up yards in solid fantasy night on MNF
Willis McGahee had 56 yards rushing on 17 carries and 42 yards receiving on four receptions during the Broncos’ win over the Chargers on Monday night football. We break down the fantasy implications.

McGahee has three touchdowns this season, all coming over the course of Weeks 2-4. His involvement in the passing game has ramped up in recent weeks. He has 15 receptions over his last three games.
Fantasy Impact: Yeah, the lack of a touchdown kept McGahee's good fantasy night from becoming a great one. Owners still have to be greatly encouraged by the veteran back's involvement in the offense. McGahee has never really been known as a great pass-catcher out of the backfield, but he has been a valued target lately as Peyton Manning continues to light up defenses.
The Broncos are on a bye in Week 7, so you will have to wait until Week 8 against the New Orleans Saints to deploy McGahee again. He could have a big game against a Saints defense giving up 172 yards rushing per game and 5.0 yards per carry on the season.
