Alex Green boosts fantasy stock by learning from Cedric Benson
Green Bay’s Alex Green has helped boost his value as a running back by learning from the person he replaced. We break down the fantasy implications.

Green, who had 22 carries for 66 yards in Week 6 against Houston, told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel that he paid attention to everything from how Benson watched film, what type of questions he asked in meetings and how he used a more patient running style. The Packers face the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Green has rushed for more than 60 yards in each of the last two week and will continue to be the lead back for Green Bay. The Packers threw six touchdown passes in Week 6 but it’s hard to ignore the fact that Green still got 22 carries in the win.
Green is a fringe No. 2 running back for Week 7.
