Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (knee) was upgraded to a full participant in Thursday's practice, reports Tania Ganguli of the Houston Chronicle. Foster was limited in Wednesday, but it was more of a rest day as the team is monitoring his practice reps through the week.
Arian Foster upgraded to full practice Thursday, fantasy value safe for now
Arian Foster was upgraded to full practice Thursday and should be ready to go against the Ravens. We break down the fantasy implications.

Foster leads the league with 561 rushing yards and seven TDs. He also leads the league with 149 carries.
Fantasy Impact: Doesn't sound like anything to worry about, he'll be ready to play against the Baltimore Ravens. Despite the high number of yards and carries, Foster is averaging just 3.8 YPC and the team may be looking to limit his workload down the stretch, but that shouldn't be a concern for now.
Foster remains one of the top fantasy players in the league, and he’s an easy RB1 play against Baltimore’s crumbling defense this week.
