Pittsburgh Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (Achilles) was held out of practice on Thursday, reports Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. It's Mendenhall's second straight day of missed practices, making him unlikely to suit up against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
Rashard Mendenhall misses practice Thursday, fantasy value sinking again
Rashard Mendenhall missed a second straight day of practice Thursday as his game status is up in the air. We break down the fantasy implications.

Mendenhall played in only two games this season as he recovered from a torn ACL. He left Week 5's game against the Titans with an unrelated Achilles injury.
Fantasy Impact: Another tough break for the back, who’s comeback is stalled yet again. Mendenhall may be listed as questionable in tomorrow’s official injury reports, but it doesn’t sound like he’s going to play.
With backup Isaac Redman also missing practice Thursday, the Steelers are down to Jonathan Dwyer, Chris Rainey and Baron Batch in their backfield. None of those guys are appealing fantasy options, even against the Bengals' poor defense.
