New England Patriots WR Wes Welker (ankle) was limited in practice for the second day in a row on Thursday, according to ESPN Boston. The team is simply monitoring his practice reps after he took some big licks from the Seattle Seahawks' aggressive secondary in Week 6. He's not expected to miss next week's game against the New York Jets.
Wes Welker limited in Thursday’s practice, but no fantasy concerns for now
Wes Welker was limited in Thursday’s practice, but it doesn’t sound like anything serious. We break down the fantasy implications.

Despite getting knocked around by the Sehawks, Welker had a huge fantasy day, with 10 catches for 138 yards and a TD.
Fantasy Impact: There shouldn’t be anything to worry about here. Welker’s early-season drama with the Pats is ancient history now, as he has four straight games of 100 yards receiving.
Welker is Tom Brady's favorite target once again, and nobody utilizes his skillset better than the Pats do. He'll get his numbers against the Jets and is an easy WR1 play in all fantasy leagues.
