With the passing game taking a backseat in the 49ers offense on Thursday night, Michael Crabtree didn’t see much action throughout the night. He finished with four catches for just 31 yards on six targets against the Seahawks.
Michael Crabtree does little to help fantasy owners in Week 7
Michael Crabtree didn’t make much of an impact on Thursday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Crabtree finished second only to Frank Gore in receiving, so he’s at least maintaining his No. 1 status in San Francisco.
Fantasy Impact: Unless you’re in a PPR league, Crabtree didn’t do you much good. Even in PPR he failed to provide much support for his owners’ matchups. This is the second week in a row we’ve seen a low-key performance from the 49ers leading receiver.
As long as Jim Harbaugh is content with running the ball constantly, Crabtree’s value will fluctuate heavily week to week. He’s bound to break out if the passing game picks up, but he is a bit of a risk in standard leagues.
