Pittsburgh Steelers RBs Rashard Mendenhall (Achilles) and Isaac Redman (ankle) did not practice Friday and are both ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, reports Gerry Dulac. Both backs left last Thursday's game against the Titans. Mendenhall initially had a better chance than Redman of playing, but it just wasn't in the cards after missing another practice.
Rashard Mendenhall and Isaac Redman ruled out, reviving Jonathan Dwyer’s fantasy value
Rashard Mendenhall and Isaac Redman have both been ruled out for Week 7, giving Jonathan Dwyer the start. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jonathan Dwyer will be getting the start. A healthy scratch the past two games, Dwyer is thrust back into the Steelers' RB picture. Baron Batch and Chris Rainey will split carries on passing downs.
Fantasy Impact: Just two weeks after a healthy Mendenhall revived the run game, the Steelers are back to a committee. Dwyer may end up leading the team in carries, but I don’t expect him to do much for fantasy owners, even against Cincy’s weak defense.
Expect the Steelers to air it out with Ben Roethlisberger this week. I don't trust Dwyer or the backups unless you're really desperate for some bye-week filler.
