Tony Romo throws 5 interceptions in disastrous fantasy performance
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo turned the ball over five times on Monday Night Football against the Chicago Bears. We break down the fantasy implications.
Romo's supporting cast didn't do him any favors in the game, as Dez Bryant was dropping passes and running the wrong route on multiple occasions. Romo's protection was characteristically atrocious as well. Romo finished the game with over 300 yards passing, but the five interceptions were the story of the night.
Fantasy Impact: Tony Romo is going to be limited by his supporting cast all season long. His offensive line is not giving him much time to throw and, while he is known for being able to create plays on his own, he can only do so much. It doesn’t help that one of his best offensive weapons, Dez Bryant, is struggling with drops and running the wrong routes.
