We're back for Week 7 of the 2012 NFL season. Thursday Night Football got things going quite impressively as the 49ers and Seahawks got big games from their running backs. Frank Gore rushed for 131 yards on 16 carries, while Marshawn Lynch rushed for 103 yards on 19 carries.

We have been providing you with rankings all week long, but as Sunday dawns, it would be helpful to have some projections as well. Our Week 7 running back rankings are based on our pool of knowledge and often a bit of gut instinct. This week features one particularly tough decision as C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson are both getting healthy and worth considering against a fairly awful Tennessee Titans defense. I would argue both are worth starting, and you could even consider starting both if you have both on your roster. It is never an easy call, but this is a matchup for which it might prove valuable.
