Maurice Jones-Drew left the game early against the Raiders with an ankle injury, leaving the No. 1 running back duties with Rashad Jennings. Jennings finished with 21 carries for 44 yards and a touchdown, along with an extra 58 yards on seven receptions.
Rashad Jennings sees boost in fantasy value with Maurice Jones-Drew Injury
Rashad Jennings took over the backfield workload with Maurice Jones-Drew going down early. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Jaguars don't know the extent of MJD's injury yet, but Jennings is obviously in line for plenty of action if he is forced to miss any time going forward.
Fantasy Impact: Jennings made a huge impact after he stepped in, seeing plenty of dump-offs from Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne. He looked impressive in preseason, and he should be able to put up plenty of points for fantasy owners if Jones-Drew is unable to go.
Check on Jones-Drew's status throughout the week, and be sure to pick up Jennings if you own MJD. The Jaguars play the Packers next week, a team that ranks in the middle of the road against opposing ground games. Jennings' value would be high if he starts.
