Fantasy Analysis: Peterson averaged almost 7.0 yards per carry against the Cardinals on Sunday. Arizona is known to have one of the league’s better defensive units, but the Vikings running back tore through them. This is just further proof that it doesn’t matter who Peterson is going against -- he will be a threat.
