There is no apparent timetable for the return of Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery. Coach Lovie Smith said on Wednesday that Jeffery would "be out for a while." He suffered a fractured hand in Week 5 against the Jaguars and is expected to be out several more weeks.
Alshon Jeffery to be ‘out for a while’ for Bears: Fantasy implications
Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (fractured hand) is not expected to return to the field anytime soon. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeffery had 14 catches for 184 yards and two touchdowns before getting hurt. The Bears are preparing to face the Carolina Panthers in Week 8.
Fantasy Impact: This isn’t much of an update from the Bears, who have not been counting on Jeffery to return anytime soon. Fantasy owners have also been in the same boat with Jeffery, who was expected to make some impact in his rookie season out of South Carolina.
Jeffery is worth stashing in dynasty and some keeper formats but most owners will just want to wait for him to return before thinking about a waiver wire claim.
