Pierre Garcon remains week-to-week: Fantasy implications
Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon has a tear in his injured foot and will be evaluated week-to-week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Garcon injured the foot in the first game of the season and he has missed four games this season, including the last two. The Times reports that the Garcon went to the specialist because the injured foot was not getting better and not because of any setback.
Fantasy Impact: Even though the team plans to evaluate Garcon on a week-to-week basis, the consensus is that he won’t return until after the team’s bye in Week 10. The Redskins play five NFC East games in the last seven weeks of the season so that seems like a reasonable time to target.
That, however, is a long way to wait for fantasy owners, who will have to decide whether to stash Garcon away or release him to the waiver wire.
