Kevin Boss will miss the rest of the 2012 season with a concussion in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills, according to Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end battled head problems last season as well, and was reportedly unable to pass baseline concussion tests.
Kevin Boss fantasy season over due to concussion
Kevin Boss will miss the rest of the 2012 season with a concussion suffered during the Chiefs’ Week 2 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With Boss out, Tony Moeaki unequivocally becomes the Chiefs' top option at tight end. He was already targeted more often than Boss, but Moeaki should see the field for a few more snaps each game going forward. Moeaki probably isn't worth starting, however, even in standard fantasy leagues. He has yet to record a touchdown, or more than three receptions and 37 yards in any game this season.
