Fantasy Analysis: Fleener should be active in Week 5 when the Colts host the Packers on Sunday. This does not necessarily make Fleener a must-start, because his statistical performances have been inconsistent. But if you plan on starting Fleener ever, then Week 5 against the Packers is the time. The Colts are going to be throwing a lot and trying to take care of the football on offense -- both are reasons Fleener may see some action on Sunday.
