New York Giants TE Martellus Bennett had a tough day in Week 5. Against the Cleveland Browns, Bennet had just three catches for 30 yards as he battled a knee injury. Bennett briefly left the game with a hyperextended knee, and was in and out of the lineup as he was relegated to blocking duties. The Giants defeated the Browns 41-27.
Martellus Bennett bangs up knee in quiet fantasy day
Martellus Bennett toughed out a hyperextended knee but had another quiet game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: We'll know more about his injury on Monday, but it's encouraging that he stayed in the game, even if he was clearly not 100%. After a hot start to the season with three TDs, Bennett has cooled off, getting just four catches for 32 yards the last two games. He's an iffy fantasy play against the 49ers defense next week.
