The Titans only scored seven points in Week 5 with Matt Hasselbeck at the helm of the offense. He completed 26 of 43 passes for just one touchdown while receiving absolutely no help from Chris Johnson and the ground game.
Matt Hasselbeck Shows Little Fantasy Value Against Vikings
Matt Hasselbeck didn’t manage to do much against the Vikings secondary. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: It doesn’t look like owners should be expecting much from Hasselbeck anymore. Granted the Vikings defense is one of the better squad’s in the NFL, Hasselbeck just didn’t show much to get excited about in Week 5. He averaged only 4.7 yards per pass attempt, proving the Titans aren’t letting him take many shots downfield. If you own Jake Locker, you can probably find another backup quarterback to use in his stead until he returns from injury. Hasselbeck isn’t going to put up big numbers.
