Brian Cushing injury: Fantasy value waning due to torn ACL
Brian Cushing suffered a torn ACL during Monday night’s game between the Texans and the Jets. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: There is no official word yet on how much time Cushing will miss, but there's a good chance it will be significant if not for the season. Veterans Tim Dobbins and Bradie James are expected to step up and fill the void at middle linebacker, but whether either can match Cushing's stellar play remains to be seen. Cushing was the Texans' team MVP last season. He wasn't an elite IDP option, but Cushing's absence certainly dings the Texans as a Team D/ST option.
