Fantasy Impact: Starks appears ready to contribute, and is more seasoned and likely a better pass blocker than the younger Green. Both backs should see touches, though exactly how the carries are divvied remains to be seen. The Packers’ running game has been surprisingly effective as a whole this season, and there could be some fantasy value here if one back does take over the lion’s share.
