Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray did not practice again on Thursday, putting him closer to being ruled out for Week 9 against the Atlanta Falcons. Murray has been dealing with a sprained foot and has not played the last two weeks.
DeMarco Murray misses practice, likely out for Cowboys, fantasy owners in Week 9
Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray (foot) did not practice again on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

If Murray can't play, Felix Jones would likely be the starter once again, with Phillip Tanner serving as the backup for the Cowboys. Jones scored a touchdown last week but otherwise was held to 19 yards on 13 carries in the loss to the New York Giants.
Fantasy Impact: Murray will almost certainly be ruled out again this week after failing to practice on Thursday. There had been hope earlier in the week that Murray would be ready but that looks very unlikely. Fantasy owners should plan to be without him until they see him practice.
Murray has no fantasy value for this week, while Jones is a low-end No.2/No. 3 running back or flex play this week against the Falcons.
