Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings said Thursday that his abdominal surgery went well. Jennings posted the comment on Twitter, along with a picture of him in a hospital bed. Jennings was supposed to have surgery on Tuesday in Philadelphia but it was pushed back because of Hurricane Sandy.
Greg Jennings says surgery a success: Fantasy implications
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings says his abdominal surgery was a success. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jennings hurt his groin in Week 1 and hasn't played since re-aggravating the injury again in Week 4. He will miss a minimum of a couple of weeks, according to coach Mike McCarthy, but the surgery is not expected to be season-ending. The Packers face the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: There is no firm timetable for when Jennings will return but some of his owners are hoping he will at least be healthy enough for the fantasy playoffs. The Packers have thrown the ball well in his absence but they had to play last week without Jordy Nelson (hamstring).
Jennings is worth keeping on rosters at least until Green Bay announces when he can return to the field.
