Hartline has been a headache for fantasy owners with a monster day in Arizona during Week 5 with 12 catches for 253 yards. Since then, he has cooled off in a big way with only 16 catches in his four games since that explosion.
Fantasy Impact: Hartline came back to life on Sunday with his eight-catch, 107-yard outing against the Colts. The Titans are very weak in the secondary and Hartline provides a lot of upside. He's a high-upside WR3 in most leagues until he can sting together a couple good games.
