Buffalo Bills RB Fred Jackson (head) was diagnosed with a concussion and will not play on Thursday Night Football against the Miami Dolphins. Jackson left Sunday's game against the Patriots with the concussion, and there was no chance whatsoever of him being cleared to play on a short week.

C.J. Spiller will get the start and should handle the majority of the workload with Jackson out.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners have been clamoring for the explosive Spiller to get more playing time, and they’ll get their wish this week, even if it took an F-Jax concussion to make it happen.
The Dolphins had one of the more stout defenses halfway through the season, but they may have been exposed by Chris Johnson and the Titans. We'll see what they're made of in the stretch run. Spiller should be starting as an RB1 in all fantasy leagues Thursday.
