San Francisco 49ers QB Alex Smith (concussion) is reportedly feeling much better on Monday morning. Coach Jim Harbaugh told CSN Bay Area that Smith got a good night's sleep and will visit a neurologist later Monday. He needs to be cleared by an independent doctor to play next Monday against the Bears.
Alex Smith ‘feeling better’ after suffering concussion Sunday: Fantasy implications
Alex Smith (concussion) is feeling much better and will visit a neurologist Monday, according to Jim Harbaugh. We break down the fantasy implications.

Smith was knocked out of Sunday's game against the Rams with the concussion. Colin Kaepernick came in and "led" the team to a 24-24 tie.
Fantasy Impact: We’ll know more about Smith’s Week 11 status when the 49ers start practicing on Thursday. The good news is that he will have eight days to heal up.
All things equal, Smith is still a low-upside fantasy option and I wouldn’t recommend him against the Bears even if healthy. You should be looking for better QB2 alternatives that week.
