Greg Jennings is reportedly feeling pain-free for the first time since the beginning of the season after undergoing surgery to repair a "core muscle injury", according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Jennings has missed most of the 2012 season with what was initially considered a groin injury. When pain spread, the injury was reclassified correctly.

The timetable for Jennings' return was initially set for three weeks after his Nov. 1 surgery. He appears to be sticking to that timetable despite the wideout's anxiousness to return to the field. Jennings' prognosis puts him on track to play Nov. 25 against the New York Giants, or Dec. 2 at home against the Minnesota Vikings.
Fantasy Impact: It’s unfortunate that doctors were unable to diagnosis Jennings properly when he first suffered the injury, but it’s great news that he has finally made some real progress. With Jennings returning relatively soon, it might not be a bad idea to snatch him up off waivers in your fantasy league if you have the roster space.
Jennings will have to compete for targets with Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and James Jones once he is able to return, but Aaron Rodgers has had no problem making his full cadre of receivers look good in the past.
